Total waste of time. I called to schedule an appointment for a remote car starter installation and was told to bring my car in at 9 AM the next day. When I arrived, the shop wasn’t even open. When I handed over my keys, I asked how long the installation would take, and was told “a couple hours.” Four hours later, I called to check on my car, and the person on the phone said it wasn’t ready yet. He then asked if I needed the car, to which I replied, “Yes.” I reminded him that I had been told to bring my car in at 9 AM that morning, and he responded with, "Yeah, but we have everyone come in at 9 AM." When I asked when my car would be ready, he said he’d check and call me back. After waiting 10 minutes without a callback, I called again, and told him if they hadn’t started on the car, I’d come pick it up. His response? “Okay.” 15 minutes later, I picked up my car only to find that nothing had even been started. I have an indicator that lets me know if my hood has been opened, and it hadn’t been activated, meaning no work started. This shop is by far the best I have ever been too. There finished products show the kind of care that you usually only see in personal vehicles. Most shops just rush the process and cookie cut cars. Kamal and his staff take the time n w to listen and learn about their friends "customers". In the end we all seem to become more like friends and family then we do customers.
